How we work

As part of a global network

When we were spun off from the TUI Group in 2007, we “inherited” two things: our company headquarters in Hanover and a global network of specialists. Over the following years, we have continuously expanded this network. No matter where your company operates today — we have access to an expert who is familiar with the national conditions.

In long-term partnerships

Many of our clients have been working with us for many years. We are proud of this. The secret of our success: We do not take any mandate for granted. Not even after ten years of successful cooperation. Routine and habit endanger productivity and weaken the will to further improvement. Regular reviews, critical feedback and the search for alternative approaches keep our client relationships lively and productive. For your — and our — lasting satisfaction.

With experience from both sides

Our team combines many years of experience from working for the tax authorities with detailed knowledge of processes and structures in large corporations. We know individual interests, procedures and many a trick. We know how to deal with both sides. More than once the important first step is to work as a kind of interpreter and ensure better understanding between all parties involved.

Pragmatically oriented

Tax law is already very complex and gets even more complex on a daily basis. Therefore, for many issues and questions there is not only one solution or approach. Effort, time and prospects of success must be evaluated. The supposedly best possible solution is not necessarily the right one for the client’s current situation. We examine the alternatives and find a reasonable result in direct discussions with you and the tax authorities.

In personal work relations

Tax advice is a matter of trust. Trust is created through work carried out together, which leads to lasting success. That’s why we are at your side with a stable, competent team. This means that you always have personal contact persons who are familiar with your concerns and your general conditions.

With solid recommendations

“Maybe”, “possibly”, “could be” — all formulations that do not help you. Therefore they are not included in our recommendations for action. We have confidence in our work, and we want you to notice from the beginning that you can rely on us. This is why we make concrete, tangible recommendations. Binding, comprehensible and always using indicative!
